DRYVIT PROFI KFT. – OPERATIONAL POLICY
Our operations are defined by an integrated system of requirements for quality management, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety, alongside the expectations of our owners and customers. To this end, we have implemented and are operating an integrated management system in compliance with the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015, MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015, and MSZ ISO 45001:2018 standards. Our integrated management system guarantees the consistent, flawless quality of our services, customer satisfaction, the protection of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, as well as its continuous improvement.
Dryvit Profi Kft. has set itself the goal of becoming a recognized and respected construction company among its clients, using the professional knowledge and experience of its employees.
By ensuring the provision of high-quality services, we aim to maintain and further increase our market positions. We plan to achieve this by developing technical and technological equipment, taking market opportunities into account, meeting client needs at a high level, and increasing customer satisfaction as a result.
We ensure the achievement of our goals through the following:

- Protecting employees from sanctions when reporting deviations, incidents, hazards, risks, and opportunities.
- Based on the open-door principle, management ensures the opportunity for effective consultations and participation for employees.
- Daily communication with subcontractors and clients to achieve common goals.
- Cooperation with regulatory authorities, supervisory bodies, and local governments.
- Supporting employee training so that they are active and proactive in improving quality, understanding the importance of environmental protection, and contributing to the creation of safe, health-risk-free work processes.
- Familiarization and understanding of the integrated management system, quality objectives, environmental and OH&S programs by employees so that every manager and employee feels responsible for quality, environment, and workplace health protection and safety.
- Informing stakeholders about the company’s policies.
- Informing suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that their activities align with the company’s goals and expectations in the areas of quality and environmental protection.
- The organization has made risk-based thinking part of the design and operation of its processes to understand customer requirements and improve processes.
The management of the company is firmly committed to ensuring that the quality, reliability, and image of its works meet domestic requirements, thus ensuring the possibility of long-term operation.
All employees of Dryvit Profi Kft. contribute to the continuous improvement of quality, environmental protection, and the establishment, maintenance, and development of safe working conditions by aligning with the goals set out in this policy and complying with the systems in place.
To maintain and continually strengthen the performance provided to clients, the company operates and continuously develops an integrated management system certified by an independent organization, established according to the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015, MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015, MSZ ISO 45001:2018, and MSZ EN ISO 50001:2019 standards.

DRYVIT PROFI KFT. – ENERGY MANAGEMENT POLICY
The energy management system established according to the MSZ EN ISO 50001:2019 standard obliges Dryvit Profi Kft. to move towards a safe, competitive, and more sustainable energy management system based on low-consumption energy.
To this end:
- We aim to reduce energy consumption
- by seeking and applying energy-efficient technologies,
- optimizing energy use, and
- designing modern equipment, controls, and systems;
- We will replace the use of fossil energy with renewable energy
- by installing solar-powered lighting,
- seeking and applying alternative energy sources
- on our own equipment;
- We provide professional support to our partners
- in developing energy-efficient projects,
- in utilizing funding opportunities,
- in ensuring continuous legal compliance.
Through continuous development for sustainable growth, we aim to stand out in our market environment.

The management of Dryvit Profi Kft. treats the quality-based approach, the protection of customer and internal data, and meeting the expectations of stakeholders as key elements of its operations across all areas. To achieve this, the company aims to ensure the appropriate level of safety through the application of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 standard for quality management, the MSZ ISO 45001:2018 standard for worker safety, and the ISO 14001:2015 standard for environmental safety.
The basic objectives of the management system of Dryvit Profi Kft. in its operation and continuous improvement are:
- Ensuring the continuous availability and development of technical knowledge, skills, and capabilities required for security system services.
- Increasing the efficiency of the company’s internal operations through the continuous development of internal processes and the management system.
- Ensuring the full performance of the obligations undertaken during services.
- Maintaining and further increasing the economic value and reputation of Dryvit Profi Kft.

In the area of information security:

The fundamental intention of Dryvit Profi Kft. is to earn the simultaneous recognition and satisfaction of all stakeholders by adhering to the principles of its quality and safety policies, implementing and continuously operating and developing its management system.
