A major renovation project will be carried out at the OTP Bank branch located at 6 Uitz Béla Street in Miskolc. The development represents an important milestone for our company, as it is the largest OTP project in terms of floor area that we have been commissioned to deliver to date.
This project marks another step in the successful partnership that has developed with OTP Bank over the past years. The new assignment further confirms the bank’s confidence in our professional expertise and the high quality of work delivered during our previous projects.
The Miskolc branch is one of the largest OTP bank branches in Hungary, with a total floor area of more than 3,500 square meters. The renovation will cover the ground floor as well as the first, second and third floors of the building. During the works, the entire branch will receive a renewed visual identity, while the electrical network and mechanical systems will also be modernized to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
According to the current schedule, the fully renovated branch will be handed over at the end of October 2026.
The current development is not our first joint project in Miskolc. Our company also carried out the renovation of the OTP Bank branch located in the Auchan shopping center, which was successfully delivered at the end of October 2025. This previous collaboration also contributed to OTP Bank once again entrusting us with a project of such significant scale.
