The 14-hectare „KKV-Park” within the Southern Industrial Park has become a dynamic hub of development over the past three years. The area is witnessing rapid growth, with manufacturing and logistics facilities emerging at an impressive pace as new businesses establish their presence.

Construction of our 5,000 m² warehouse in Phase 1 of the SME Park is progressing well and will soon be ready to welcome its tenants.
The industrial flooring has already been completed, and fire-rated drywall partition walls are currently being installed. In the coming days, electrical and mechanical works will begin, along with utility construction: stormwater drainage, water and sewage pipelines, and the installation of firewater reservoirs.
The final phase of construction includes roadworks, fencing, and landscaping. These developments will ensure both the full infrastructural support and the aesthetic appearance of the warehouse’s surroundings.
The 5,000 m² warehouse is being developed with solutions specifically designed to meet tenant needs, making it a flexible and reliable long-term storage option for one or multiple businesses within the rapidly expanding SME Park of the Southern Economic Zone.
