We are pleased to announce that we are undertaking our own investment in the Southern Industrial Park, which won the award „Industrial Park of the Year” in 2021, in Debrecen, a key location for industrial development. The construction works of the 5,000 m² warehouse building have begun in the 14-hectare industrial park.
The architectural permitting and construction plans for the building were made by our design team, and the building permit process was also handled by our colleagues.
Construction itself began in October 2024. The earthworks and foundation tasks proceeded smoothly and according to plan, allowing the prefabricated reinforced concrete structure of the building to be completed in just 6 weeks.
After the Christmas break, we resumed work with renewed energy in January, starting with the installation of the bracing steel structure and the high-ribbed trapezoidal sheets.
Construction is currently progressing at a fast pace, and our new warehouse building will take its final form and function by the end of June 2025.
