Korzó Nyíregyháza stands as one of the largest and most visited retail destinations in the region. Spanning over 19,000 square meters across four levels, the center hosts 55 retail stores and service providers, offering a comprehensive selection from fashion and home décor to everyday groceries – all in one convenient and accessible location.
The SPAR supermarket, located on the ground floor of the shopping center and featuring a 1,000 square meter sales area, generates significant foot traffic. SPAR Magyarország Kft. has entrusted our company with the renovation and modernization of this key retail unit.
As part of the project, not only will the store’s interior be completely renewed, but the most advanced energy-efficient technologies will also be implemented—including state-of-the-art cooling and heating systems, as well as a more ergonomic layout of the retail space. Throughout the construction process, we place special emphasis on sustainability, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
The renovation is expected to be completed by the end of August. Thanks to SPAR’s new branding and store concept, Korzó visitors will soon be able to shop in a fully modernized and upgraded supermarket environment.
