We have received a new assignment from our returning partner, Marnevall Zrt. This time, the project involves the transformation of the finished goods warehouse at their Debrecen facility located on Diószegi Street into a fresh product production hall.
As part of the renovation, the storage area previously maintained at -18 °C will be converted into a production hall with a controlled temperature range of -5 °C to 0 °C.
The renovation of the designated area involves significant demolition works, including the removal of the existing shelving system, lighting fixtures, and the partial dismantling of the current sandwich panel partition walls and their supporting structures. In addition, sections of the existing reinforced concrete floor will be demolished to accommodate new mechanical (MEP) routing.
The new spaces will be partitioned using 8 cm thick sandwich panel elements, and a dedicated employee changing room will also be constructed as part of the project.
The walls and ceiling of the new fresh product production hall will be clad with 8 cm thick cold storage wall panels.
They will be finished with a FOODSAFE-certified coating suitable for food industry applications.
