The area’s new gem – We are building a modern COOP grocery store on Gázvezeték Street.

By the spring of 2025, we will bring Dryvit quality to another new building.

COOP is the largest domestic grocery chain in Hungary, with the widest coverage in the country. It offers the most important consumer goods to customers with reliable quality, sourced locally, at competitive prices.

As part of its store renewal program, the chain is modernizing its stores, including those in Debrecen. We have been honored with the task of constructing a new, modern grocery store with a new brand identity, parking lots, and green spaces at the old store’s location on Gázvezeték Street, commissioned by HAJDÚ-COOP Zrt.

The construction process, from design to handover, promises to be a great team effort; our design team was involved from the very beginning of the project, and they worked on the architectural permitting and construction plans for the store. The site was handed over a few weeks ago, and the old parts of the building have been demolished. Currently, the earthworks are progressing at a rapid pace.

The new COOP store, featuring a modern exterior and interior design, a contemporary sales area, and energy-efficient technology, will open its doors to customers next spring.
